These 18 karat white gold drops have 2 vivid blue sapphires of 0.17 carats total on one side, and 2 sparkling white diamonds on the other. Artist Eve Alfillé has placed a diamond, set in platinum, in the side of one pearl as a special surprise. The 3 diamonds set in the 18 karat white gold “Blossom” drops total 0.09 carats (F-G/VS).
