“Orpheus Descending” earrings are 14 karat gold whirly gigs (maple tree seeds), with 4 white diamonds and 2 champagne diamonds totaling 0.09 carats (E-F/VS). As the woeful tears of Orpheus over his lost Eurydice did fall amongst the flowers of the field and cause them to grieve, so too these glimmering diamonds set themselves upon golden seed pods in hopes of evoking the heart and soul of the wearer.
